The History of the business
About us
The main idea of the business is coming from the simple demand of people with coeliac desease.
The business name El Aleman Loco is translated from Spanish and means "The crazy German". Why it is from Spanish, why it is German? What a heck?
The answer is easy - it is German-Spanish fusion of food.
The most important part of our business that all of our products exclusively gluten-free. There is no any cross contamination, no any sharing deep-fryer, bbq and so on. We value our customers and do not allow any cross-contamination be happend.

One of the most popular product "Papas Locas" is also translated from Spanish and means "The crazy potaoe" and represent the loaded fries with Spanish seasoning with the German sausage on top.
The recipe of the seasoning is unique and we kept in secret.

But Walter Isaacson goes them one better: The Innovators, his follow-up to the massive (in both sales and size) Steve Jobs, is probably the widest-ranging and most comprehensive narrative of them all. Don't let the scope or page-count deter you: while Isaacson builds the story from the 19th century—innovator by innovator, just as the players themselves stood atop the achievements of their predecessors—his discipline and era-based structure allows readers to dip in and out of digital history, from Charles Babbage's Difference Engine to Alan Turing.
